How to install the app


While the Emails and Activities is preinstalled to the Monday.com Sales CRM Product, this feature can also be added to any boards. Refer to the steps below to set-up this feature:





  1. Open the board where you want to install the Emails and Activities.

  2. Click the Update Section or the speech bubble icon and select Add view.

  3. On the Item Views Center, find the Emails and Activities and click Add to item.

  4. Then, proceed to connecting your email by clicking the Emails and Activities settings found at the top right.

  5. Select email and account setup and privacy. Then, click add account. Choose either Gmail or Outlook.

  6. Choose an email account.
